The Official "How To Not Flip a Shit" Guide

1. Don't stress the small stuff.  Chances are it'll just work out in the end.
2. Chocolate. Lots of it. Massive amounts, the darker the chocolate, the better.  Chocolate just has magical mood changing qualities that everyone should take advantage of.
3. A long hot shower or bubble bath, whichever one you have easier access to.
4. The beach. 'Nuff said.
5. A nap in the sun is always a good plan.
6. Sleep in general, the more you sleep the less an affect some random thing could have on your overall mood.
7. Talk to your friends.  Rant it out, write it out, do something to help get it off your mind.  Friends tend to have excellent advice as well.
8. CAFFEINE.
9. NOT TOO MUCH CAFFEINE. IT WILL MAKE YOU MORE NERVOUS THAN YOU ALREADY ARE, AND COULD BE VERY DETRIMENTAL IN THE SLEEP DEPARTMENT.
